How do I scan my QR code to access services?
Open the OneEntry app or website on your smartphone, log in to your account, and navigate to the “My QR Code” section. Present the displayed QR code to the staff at the dining hall or business (e.g., gym). They will scan it using a OneEntry-compatible device to verify your access.
What should I do if I can’t log in to my account?
Ensure your username and password are correct. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it. If issues persist, contact support at support@oneentry.com with your account details.
How do I set up role-based access for my staff?
